Description

You will be the face of Carvana at our facility, ensuring the safety of associates, customers, and assets. Your day-to-day includes managing vehicle movement at gates, conducting patrols, and executing security protocols. You'll be trained in life-saving measures and work with the team to maintain a secure environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in customer service environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds

Responsibilities

• Manage and document vehicle movement at inspection center gates
• Conduct routine patrols of facility yard and buildings
• Become trained and certified in first aid, CPR, and AED
• Assist with badge creation, CCTV review, and other security requests
• Execute facility Safe and Secure Principles at entrances/exits
