Description

You will partner with the APAC sales team to deliver compelling technical demonstrations, guide customers through the value of Kaseya's IT management platform, and support the pre-sales lifecycle. This role involves virtual customer engagement and occasional travel within ANZ.

Requirements

  • Experience with PSA or RMM solutions beneficial
  • Ability to deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and security management solutions
  • Experience supporting RFI/RFP responses and solution documentation
  • Willingness to travel within ANZ for events and customer meetings

Responsibilities

  • Design, prepare, and deliver technical demonstrations showcasing Kaseya's platform value
  • Partner with Sales Executives to identify customer challenges and position tailored solutions
  • Support pre-sales lifecycle including discovery, product demos, POC coordination, and technical validation
  • Address technical objections and solution architecture questions during sales process
  • Maintain strong knowledge across Kaseya product portfolio including automation, security, backup, and MSP tools
