You'll lead a frontend-focused engineering team building experience analytics products at a global SaaS company. Your team shapes how companies understand user journeys, and you'll drive both people development and technical direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, grow, and retain a team of frontend engineers.
• Drive key technical decisions on frontend architecture and cross-team dependencies.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to shape roadmaps and scope work.
• Establish and improve engineering processes to reduce tech debt.
• Collaborate with engineering peers across EU and US timezones.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing software engineering teams.
• Strong frontend background with React, Vue, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
• Full-stack exposure to reason about system-level dependencies.
• Proven ability to make and drive technical decisions.

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years managing teams including senior engineers or tech leads.
• Domain knowledge in Product Analytics or Digital Experience Analytics.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience managing distributed teams across timezones.
