💼 About This Role

You'll conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for patients. You'll supervise RBTs and partner with caregivers to increase engagement. This role offers flexible caseloads with three Impact Paths to match your professional goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs and support staff.
  • Monitor and analyze patient data to adjust treatment plans.
  • Partner with caregivers to increase engagement and implement ABA strategies at home.

📋 Requirements

  • Master's degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.
  • BCBA certification or within 3 months of taking the Boards.
  • State license as required.
  • Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
