You'll edit short-form video content for a remote-first media company, driving ad performance across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Your work will engage millions of consumers and optimize ad ROI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit high-quality UGC-style video ads for multiple platforms
• Contribute to pre-packaging with title and thumbnail concepts
• Record a-roll, b-roll, and other UGC content occasionally
• Leverage AI tools to create concepts and new hooks

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of video editing experience
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere
• Deep understanding of short-form content: hooks, storytelling, pacing
• Proven success as editor for growing accounts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools like ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, Claude
• Analytical skills and basic understanding of paid advertising KPIs
• Staying on top of social media trends
