Description

You'll lead a mobile team at PandaDoc, balancing technical leadership and people management. You'll shape mobile architecture, drive technical decisions, and contribute to building cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience with significant mobile development and hands-on coding
• Proven experience leading mobile architecture and cross-platform solutions (React Native, iOS, Android)
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and mobile development best practices
• Experience building shared libraries, UI components, navigation frameworks, or developer tooling
• Experience working in a product organization, balancing business and technical priorities

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve mobile application architecture across iOS and Android on React Native
• Drive technical decisions and set standards for code quality, testing, and performance
• Develop shared infrastructure, libraries, and components for cross-team use
• Improve developer experience, tooling, workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, guiding career growth and technical challenges
