Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Comfortable working with diverse clients and skill levels
• Availability for flexible shifts including days, evenings, or overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
• Administer treatments and medications as prescribed
• Use electronic charting (Cubhub) for documentation
• Collaborate with clinical support team for best outcomes
• Follow care plans and adjust as needed
