🎯 What You'll Do

• Own line setting strategy and projection accuracy for fantasy markets.
• Lead and grow a team of data scientists focused on market creation.
• Oversee development and deployment of projection models across sports and esports.
• Partner cross-functionally to launch new markets and expand coverage.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in sports betting, fantasy, or gaming industries.
• Strong technical foundation in data science or statistics.
• Demonstrated management experience leading and scaling teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R with predictive modeling.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with line setting or trading.
• Deep understanding of player props and sports/esports market structure.
• Track record of driving complex projects from ideation to launch.
