Requirements

  • 1-5 years of sales management experience.
  • 5+ years using Value Selling Methodologies and MEDDIC.
  • Proven track record selling technology products/services.
  • Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Rubrik's domain (security, backup, cloud, datacenter).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive territory strategy.
  • Build partner ecosystem and foster collaboration with focus partners.
  • Manage and develop sales team including recruiting, hiring, and enablement.
  • Drive accurate team forecasting and conduct weekly progress meetings.
  • Participate in strategic planning and execute focus plan to maximize revenue.
