You will lead a team of Field Account Executives selling into strategic accounts, developing territory strategy, managing pipeline, and driving customer expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed sales objectives and protect the world's data.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of sales management experience.
- 5+ years using Value Selling Methodologies and MEDDIC.
- Proven track record selling technology products/services.
- Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Rubrik's domain (security, backup, cloud, datacenter).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive territory strategy.
- Build partner ecosystem and foster collaboration with focus partners.
- Manage and develop sales team including recruiting, hiring, and enablement.
- Drive accurate team forecasting and conduct weekly progress meetings.
- Participate in strategic planning and execute focus plan to maximize revenue.
