Description

Lead the technical direction and execution of a high-visibility platform that uses Generative AI to modernize legacy applications into microservices on MongoDB. You'll architect distributed systems, design orchestration agents, and collaborate across teams to deliver an enterprise-grade SaaS platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years software development and operations experience focusing on platforms and distributed infrastructure
• Deep experience building data warehouses and core components for data processing systems
• Experience using GenAI in building complex large-scale systems
• 2+ years experience leading, coaching, and mentoring engineering teams
• Understanding of security-first design for executing untrusted code, access control, and input validation

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers
• Provide thought leadership and execute AMP roadmaps to shape how enterprises leverage GenAI
• Lead design and implementation of orchestration layer for authentication, telemetry, and workflow
• Lead team to build reliable, scalable building blocks that leverage GenAI for autonomous workflows
• Collaborate with MongoDB product teams for seamless integration with customer database ecosystems
