You'll edit short-form video content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok at a profitable digital media company. Your work will drive measurable ad performance across our portfolio of brands. You'll also contribute to pre-packaging (title and thumbnail concepts) and occasionally record a-roll content.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit high-quality, UGC-style video ads for multiple platforms
• Contribute to title and thumbnail concepts for videos
• Record a-roll, b-roll, and UGC content as needed
• Leverage AI to create concepts and new hooks

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of video editing experience
• Experience with Adobe Premiere
• Deep understanding of short-form content hooks and storytelling
• Proven success as editor for growing social media accounts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools like ArcAds, VEO, Claude
• Analytical skills and understanding of paid advertising KPIs
• Experience with UGC-style content creation
