💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the connective tissue between business challenges and technology solutions, building AI-powered automations and workflows that eliminate manual work across the company. You'll drive adoption of internal tools and establish the foundational infrastructure for Rain's AI systems. This role reports to the Head of Business Operations and works cross-functionally with GTM, CX, and Product teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit workflows across teams to identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Design and deploy AI-powered automations and workflows end-to-end.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption of new solutions.
• Define success metrics and build dashboards to track performance.

📋 Requirements

• 3–6 years in product management, business operations, or similar role.
• CS background or strong technical fluency with code, APIs, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and agentic workflows.
• Ability to scope ambiguous problems and ship working solutions independently.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a Series A–C startup or as a former founder.
• Familiarity with compliance, finance, or payments workflows.
• Experience with workflow orchestration and integration architecture.
