💼 About This Role

You'll join Akuna's SnP desk to make markets on options for brokers and banks via chat and voice platforms. Your day-to-day impact will be directly reflected in the team's P&L. This role offers a chance to learn from experienced traders in a collaborative environment while bringing immediate value from your existing options market-making experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make options markets for brokers and banks via chat and voice platforms
• Execute orders on the trading floor and identify marketplace opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong working business relationships with counterparties
• React quickly and accurately to rapidly changing market conditions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of options market making experience in equities/index
• Strong mathematical aptitude for maximizing trading opportunities
• Ability to react quickly to rapidly changing market conditions
• Existing business relationships with inter-dealer, floor or direct counterparty brokers
