• Communicate with clients via chat and email
• Consult users on product features and services
• Resolve issues and provide instructions
• Gather and structure feedback for product improvement

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Customer Support or similar role
• Experience in client communication and resolving complex issues
• Understanding of customer lifecycle
• English at Intermediate level or higher
