💼 About This Role

You'll own positioning and messaging for Avante's AI-native benefits platform, crafting narratives for enterprise buyers. Your core impact will be enabling Sales with collateral like battlecards, ROI tools, and case studies to close deals. This role stands out as the first PMM hire in a fast-growing AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and refine product positioning for AI agents across buyer personas
• Build sales collateral: business case templates, ROI calculators, demo narratives
• Own launch plans for new product capabilities and train Sales on positioning
• Conduct competitive analysis and refine messaging based on win/loss data

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS selling to enterprise
• Track record of building messaging and sales content that helped close deals
• Exceptional writing skills to create high volumes of sales collateral
• Strong AI fluency to scale content creation without sacrificing quality

• Knowledge of benefits, HR tech, or AI is a plus
• Comfortable being the first PMM hire and building processes from scratch
