You'll manage end-to-end implementation of a cloud-based benefits administration platform, coordinating between clients and internal teams. You'll ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, and ongoing service excellence for thousands of organizations. This role combines technical platform expertise with strong client-facing responsibilities.

  • Manage end-to-end client implementation and platform configuration.
  • Lead client training sessions, product demos, and onboarding activities.
  • Drive issue resolution by triaging and owning tickets to resolution.
  • Support process improvement and optimization of service delivery workflows.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years client-facing service delivery or account management experience.
  • 2+ years project management in technical or client service environment.
  • Hands-on experience configuring SaaS or benefits administration platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

  • Experience with carrier and payroll integrations.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and eligibility rules.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
