You'll work as a subject matter expert and lead planner on healthcare projects, starting with a 2.0+ million square foot facility at Mayo Clinic. You'll collaborate with project teams to translate planning concepts into project documentation, communicating effectively with clients and designers. This role offers the opportunity to develop innovative solutions in a leading design practice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead user group meetings to collect and refine program needs
• Communicate planning concepts via verbal, graphic, and written reports
• Assist in development of architectural drawings and specifications
• Provide guidance and advice to other designers and project leaders

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of related experience
• Prior experience as a subject matter expert on healthcare projects
• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements

• Licensure or registration in the United States
• LEED accreditation
• Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam
