🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily activities of tower crews ensuring safety and productivity
• Climb and work on communication towers up to 500 feet
• Lead installation, testing, and maintenance of antennas and cables
• Interpret construction documents and ensure accurate installation

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Five years of wireless tower construction experience
• Two years in a supervisory role
• Competent Climber/Rescue and OSHA 30 certifications

• NWSA or other relevant certifications
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Fiber and PIM testing proficiency
