You'll lead and develop a hybrid team of Team Managers supporting WHOOP's Membership Services team. Your core impact will be driving performance against key KPIs while fostering a positive member and employee experience. This role stands out for its focus on integrating AI-powered support tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a hybrid team of 2-3 Team Managers each leading 10-12 MSRs.
• Coach and mentor Team Managers to grow as people leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support initiatives.
• Contribute to the integration of AI-powered support tools.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as an Operations Manager in a contact centre environment.
• Proven leadership and track record of delivering results.
• Experience managing a remote team previously (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets with data analysis skills.
