You'll lead roadway engineering design projects for public agencies and state DOTs. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, strengthen client relationships, and ensure high-quality deliverables, playing a key role in advancing our roadway design practice. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with strong project leadership and client coordination skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage roadway design projects of varying complexity
• Oversee preparation of project documents and technical reports
• Conduct QA/QC reviews for accuracy and compliance
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive civil engineering experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana
• Roadway design software proficiency
• DOT or LPA project experience
