💼 About This Role

You'll own technical touchpoints in enterprise deals for a YC-backed AI startup building a document intelligence platform. Your work will directly shape production deployments for Fortune 50 clients. You'll sit at the intersection of customer, ML, and platform, funneling real signal into the product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own discovery, demos, pilots, and production deployments end-to-end
• Deploy and configure extraction pipelines in customer environments
• Diagnose accuracy, latency, and infrastructure issues across distributed systems
• Build Python tooling and customer-facing utilities for integrations

📋 Requirements

• 3–7 years in a customer-facing technical role at a technical SaaS company
• Early-stage startup experience (Seed–Series B)
• Proficiency in Python with tool-building capability
• Hands-on with APIs and distributed systems; Kubernetes experience a plus

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in data infrastructure or ML platforms
• Experience with document processing or computer vision
• Familiarity with Kubernetes in production
