Description

You will lead IT infrastructure projects such as office moves and network upgrades, design AV solutions, collaborate with construction teams, and ensure high-touch resolution for client environments. This role involves frequent local travel and occasional travel to other hubs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in designing and configuring networks (e.g., Cisco Meraki, FortiGate, Sonicwall, Ubiquiti)
• Deep understanding of Layer 2/3 (VLANs, STP, OSPF/BGP) and security (Firewalls, VPNs)
• Experience with Wireless Predictive Modeling (Ekahau or Hamina) and post-install validation
• Experience managing project lifecycles (Monday.com, Asana, Jira)
• Experience with new office construction and MDF/IDF closet design

Responsibilities

• Manage small to large-scale IT projects like office moves and network upgrades
• Design and implement AV solutions for huddle spaces, conference rooms, and collaboration spaces
• Develop and maintain project strategies and processes
• Create documentation for project hand-off
• Act as final technical escalation for complex Network and AV issues
