💼 About This Role

You'll manage the conduct and execution of clinical trials at Recursion, a clinical-stage TechBio company reimagining drug discovery through AI and automated biology. You'll support clinical project managers and drive trial operations across diverse therapeutic areas, contributing to transformative new medicines. This role offers exposure to all phases of development and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Clinical Project Manager in trial execution across therapeutic areas
• Manage and track clinical trial activities, timelines, and deliverables
• Engage with clinical CRO and trial partners for successful trial execution
• Proactively identify opportunities for operational and process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in clinical operations in biopharma
• 2+ years as a regional CTM or similar role
• Strong knowledge of FDA, ICH, GCP regulations

✨ Nice to Have

• Monitoring experience
• Smartsheet or CTMS experience
• Early phase oncology or rare disease experience
