You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development at a pop culture-driven brand. You'll help eliminate hunger by donating a meal for every $10 spent. You'll handle everything from operations to customer engagement.

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
