• Review and reconcile 401(k) customer and account data
• Process customer transactions like contributions and distributions
• Build process and policy documentation
• Trace transaction information to identify root cause

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years experience in 401(k) or banking operations preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
