You'll guide customers through product features, provide proactive education, and advocate for customers to influence product decisions.   • Build trust via inbound and outbound communications

  • Proactively engage customers to understand business needs
  • Address churn risks with strategic retention solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer friction points

  • 6+ years of customer experience
  • 1+ years in payroll
  • 2+ years in account management
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite, Chili Piper
