You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customer support inquiries, enhancing user experience and acting as a subject matter expert for Gusto's core products. You'll guide customers through product features, provide proactive education, and advocate for customers to influence product decisions. This role offers a chance to work with a market-leading payroll and benefits platform serving 500,000+ small businesses.

- Build trust via inbound and outbound communications
- Serve as dedicated advisor for payroll and benefits inquiries
- Proactively engage customers to understand business needs
- Address churn risks with strategic retention solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer friction points
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of customer experience
- 1+ years in payroll
- 2+ years in account management
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite, Chili Piper

- Demonstrated AI fluency in customer-facing roles
