💼 About This Role

You'll support the General Counsel across 50+ locations in legal operations, contracting, M&A, compliance, and privacy. You'll help build legal department processes from the ground up and conduct regulatory research across multiple jurisdictions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate law in a fast-paced home services company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in building legal department processes and templates
• Support legal due diligence for M&A transactions
• Research employment law requirements across multiple states
• Review and redline vendor and customer agreements

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in law school (1L-3L) or recent graduate
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
