🎯 What You'll Do

• Compare and rank code snippets, explaining the best approach
• Repair and refactor AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency
• Inject ratings, edits, and test results into the RLHF pipeline

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Java software engineering
• Strong code-review instincts for logic errors and security
• Excellent written communication for explaining code choices
• Comfortable reading documentation and working asynchronously

• Constraint programming experience
• Familiarity with RLHF or AI training
• Experience with multiple programming languages
