Description

You will manage day-to-day operations across industrial spaces, coordinate MEP work, and oversee capital improvement projects from pre-construction to handover. Collaborate with equipment owners, maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and ensure site safety and compliance with EHS. Your role is critical to keeping Anduril's facilities running smoothly to support defense technology innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing day-to-day operations and projects for aerospace, defense, or manufacturing facilities
• Demonstrated experience managing people and vendors
• Strong knowledge of asset life cycle and budgeting
• Proficient in CMMS and ERM software
• Knowledgeable in operation and maintenance of forklifts, aerial lifts, gantry and overhead cranes

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in industrial spaces including office, production, manufacturing, and test support
• Scope mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work
• Project manage capital improvement projects end-to-end
• Collaborate with equipment owners on space planning and utility needs
• Maintain fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, water tanks, emergency generators, and other infrastructure
