💼 About This Role
You'll oversee high-value B2B clients in LATAM and expand product usage through cross-sell and upselling. You'll act as the main point of contact for C-level executives, driving retention and long-term partnerships. This role offers the chance to work with a Y Combinator-backed fintech unicorn.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients across Mexico and Colombia.
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase share of wallet.
- Coordinate with credit, risk, and customer success to support complex client needs.
- Present Jeeves solutions to CFOs, controllers, and finance teams.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in key account management or B2B customer success in fintech/SaaS.
- Proven track record of expanding accounts via cross-sell and upsell strategies.
- Strong understanding of B2B financial products including credit lines and digital payments.
- Fluent in Spanish and Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English.

- Background in fintech, hospitality, or B2B commercial real estate.
- Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
