Your core impact will be leading the transition from a monolithic Ruby on Rails application to a modern, event-driven, domain-oriented architecture. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive architectural enhancements and strategic refactorings for scalability.
• Design and implement automated tests at the most effective architectural layer.
• Lead code and architectural reviews to ensure alignment with design principles.

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience designing, building, and operating complex production systems.
• Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails or equivalent modern backend framework.
• Proven success applying Domain-Driven Design principles across multiple teams.
• Experience architecting event-driven systems using Kafka, SQS, or similar.

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Go, Java).
• Experience with GraphQL API design.
• Strong background in AI/ML technologies and their practical applications.
