You'll support the monthly close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, for a healthcare workforce management software company. You'll own specific ledger areas and partner cross-functionally to ensure an accurate and timely close. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and post journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Perform variance (flux) analysis and investigate account fluctuations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with billing, payroll, and tax teams
• Support external audit by preparing schedules and documentation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 1-2 years of General Ledger accounting experience or relevant internship
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with reconciliations
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
