💼 About This Role

You'll own the success and health for an Automotive segment of small business customers at Podium. You'll develop strategies that increase engagement and delight customers while mitigating churn, partnering with them to maximize value from the Interaction Management platform. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI technology and high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary post-sales point of contact for small business customers
• Drive adoption and utilization of Podium products using industry knowledge
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Proactively engage customers during renewals to secure retention

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS
• Working knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, Voice AI)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Technically adept to grasp complex software concepts
