Description

You will lead fraud monitoring and detection efforts, own fraud escalations, and work cross-functionally with ML, Product, Engineering, and Operations to combat fraudulent activities and foster a safe platform. You'll develop strategies, analyze data, and report on trends to senior management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Fraud Management or related field with emphasis on analytics
• Extensive experience writing and analyzing SQL queries
• Comfort using Python or other scripting languages for data analysis
• Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
• Working knowledge of payment processing fundamentals and industry risk trends

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for monitoring and preventing fraud across our network
• Leverage advanced data analytics to identify loss drivers and optimize fraud management strategies
• Report on fraud trends and loss drivers to cross-functional partners and senior management
• Quickly respond to fraud rings and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Assist with evaluation and development of new fraud detection features/signals
