💼 About This Role

You'll join StepStone's Active Real Estate Team to evaluate and execute real estate investments, performing financial modeling, due diligence, and market research. You'll present recommendations to the Investment Committee and support asset management for existing investments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Underwrite and perform due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions
• Build financial models and sensitivity analyses for investment opportunities
• Draft investment memorandums and presentations for the Investment Committee
• Assist with asset management, financial analysis, and investor reporting

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or related finance field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills
