💼 About This Role

You'll own the delivery of a robust airborne mission platform for high-speed aircraft, leading integration of avionics, compute, and communications. You'll ensure mission autonomy and payloads operate reliably in ground and flight tests. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management in a fast-paced defense environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end outcomes for the airborne mission platform design and integration.
• Lead development of airborne mission systems including MMS and onboard compute.
• Define and maintain interfaces between airborne platform and mission autonomy.
• Drive integration and test planning for ground and flight test milestones.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, electrical, or computer engineering.
• 5+ years developing airborne systems or mission-critical embedded software.
• Experience owning complex airborne or vehicle-integrated systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical execution across multidisciplinary teams.
