You will provide 1st-level support for our medical practices in Cologne and Düsseldorf, optimize IT processes, and ensure infrastructure reliability. You'll configure hardware, implement automations, and collaborate with teams to deliver best-in-class healthcare.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Solid knowledge of networks, systems, and endpoint support
• IT degree or 2+ years of IT experience
• Good communication in English and German (min. B2)
• Independent and responsible working style
