You'll join EquipmentShare's finance team to process accounts payable and support accounting projects. Your work will keep vendor payments accurate and support month-end close for a fast-growing construction tech company. This role offers growth in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enter and balance accounts payable transactions
• Monitor credit card charges and coding for expenses
• Process invoices and handle disputed vendor invoices
• Prepare vendor payments and create client invoices

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in accounting or a relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting
• Proficiency in spreadsheets including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
