You'll learn services and work toward promotion to Licensed Colorist while driving sales and building relationships. • Perform shampooing, conditioning, styling, blowouts, and toner services
• Contribute to monthly sales goals for retail, services, and memberships
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards
• Complete Assistant Colorist to Colorist Training program

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in state of application
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems
