Description

You will provide technical leadership to modernize risk architecture and Trust & Safety platforms, ensuring a secure and frictionless experience for members. You'll lead projects end-to-end, mentor engineers, and collaborate with data teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development in production at scale
• Experience as a technical lead on complex projects
• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks
• Experience with transactional databases and caching systems
• Deep understanding of architectural patterns for large-scale web applications

Responsibilities

• Drive technical design and architectural decisions while mentoring engineers
• Lead and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
• Build and maintain robust, low-latency APIs and backend services
• Partner with data engineers, analysts, and product managers to ship impactful features
• Improve platform reliability and performance through system architecture and automation
