You'll conduct in-home assessments to recommend personalized home modifications for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Your work will directly help clients live safer, healthier, more independent lives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
• Deliver personalized recommendations for home modifications
• Educate clients on fall prevention and safe mobility
• Maintain accurate documentation through electronic system

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited program
• Active, unencumbered OT license
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Proficiency with technology and digital documentation
