Description

You will build and grow KYC analytics from scratch, including setting up event tracking, metrics, dashboards, and reporting. Analyze verification costs, test vendor models, and collaborate with fraud, risk, and product teams to optimize customer onboarding across multiple countries.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as data or product analyst in fintech or big tech
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker)
• Experience building analytics and metrics from scratch
• Ability to forecast costs and build financial models
• Willingness to relocate to Mexico

Responsibilities

• Set up and grow KYC analytics for products
• Build analytical infrastructure: event tracking, metrics, dashboards, reporting
• Analyze and forecast KYC-related costs and budgets
• Evaluate and test external vendors and models for customer verification
• Monitor model performance and recommend improvements
