📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience with multi-region infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Ability to manage a planning horizon of 3–12 months.
• Deep understanding of observability, SLOs, and automated remediation.
• Track record of mentoring senior engineers and influencing standards.
