💼 About This Role

You'll own core SalesOps processes for a high-growth dental tech company backed by leading venture capital firms. Your work will directly impact pipeline visibility, sales productivity, and revenue growth. You will partner with sales leadership to drive operational excellence across a global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own lead distribution, account assignment, quota setting, and performance management
• Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and sales productivity
• Report and analyze daily, weekly, monthly KPIs, highlighting trends and issues
• Optimize sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, and Gong

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into action
• Track record of continuous process improvement with strategic impact
• Proven success working cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets

✨ Nice to Have

• GTM tech-stack experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong preferred
• Leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
