💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the CMO to turn clinical strategy into production systems for an AI-native virtual medical practice. You'll design care models, ship operational change, and work directly with product teams to launch new clinical offerings. This is a builder role redefining how medical care is delivered in the era of clinical-grade AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the lifecycle of clinical pathways from drafting through rollout and iteration
• Refine care delivery across intake, triage, assessment, treatment, and follow-up
• Design new clinical programs and condition pathways with product and engineering teams
• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across the care model

📋 Requirements

• MD or DO with active or eligible U.S. licensure
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of post-residency care delivery
• Experience designing and implementing clinical protocols operationally

• Familiarity with clinical AI governance and safety evaluation
