💼 About This Role

You'll drive AI maturity across Everfield's UK, Ireland & Nordics portfolio companies, working hands-on with R&D, sales, support, and operations teams. Your core impact is helping companies move from zero adoption to deploying autonomous AI systems in weeks, backed by direct mentorship from a lead AI enabler.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run deep-dive AI maturity assessments at each portfolio company
• Deliver on-site workshops, mini-hackathons, and roadshow events
• Coach developers, product managers, support, and sales teams 1-on-1
• Help R&D teams adopt spec-driven development and coding agents
• Build playbooks and enablement materials for scalable learning

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years of professional experience with consulting or advisory background
• Experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor or similar
• Comfortable with software development and terminal usage
• Fluent in English

• Strong opinions on LLM tools
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
