💼 About This Role

You'll manage a pipeline of real estate investment leads from sourcing to closing, employing a consultative approach to build relationships. Your work will directly impact company growth through pipeline management and achieving monthly targets. You'll also contribute strategic input to improve origination processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing.
  • Serve as first point of contact and build pipeline through consultative selling.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor personal origination waterfall activity for pipeline health.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent B2C sales experience.
  • Natural sales talent with strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with real estate closing process.
  • Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights, or renewables.
