💼 About This Role
You'll manage a pipeline of real estate investment leads from sourcing to closing, employing a consultative approach to build relationships. Your work will directly impact company growth through pipeline management and achieving monthly targets. You'll also contribute strategic input to improve origination processes.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing.
- Serve as first point of contact and build pipeline through consultative selling.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor personal origination waterfall activity for pipeline health.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent B2C sales experience.
- Natural sales talent with strong business acumen.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close.
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with real estate closing process.
- Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV.
- Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights, or renewables.
