💼 About This Role

You'll deliver high-quality instruction and mentor students in the BSc (Hons) Entrepreneurial Leadership and International Business and Trade programmes. You'll guide students through venture building and cross-border market strategies, drawing on your entrepreneurial and industry experience. This role offers the opportunity to shape transformative learning experiences at an innovative institution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver experiential, project-based instruction across BEL and IBT modules
• Facilitate venture- and project-based learning guiding students from opportunity identification to execution
• Design and continuously improve learning materials, assessments, and activities
• Provide academic support, coaching, and mentorship during regular office hours

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business, Management, Innovation, International Business, Trade, Economics, or closely related field
• Demonstrated experience in entrepreneurship, venture building, or innovation-driven environments
• Strong subject matter expertise in entrepreneurship and/or international business and trade
• Ability to teach using experiential and project-based approaches

• Experience in cross-border market development or global value chains
• Familiarity with AI-enabled venture building
