💼 About This Role

You'll independently manage small-to-medium construction projects, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful delivery. Your work directly impacts project scope, cost, and timeline objectives. You'll serve as a key liaison among clients, contractors, and internal teams, implementing project management best practices across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct day-to-day construction project planning and execution
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations
• Conduct site supervision and QA/QC during construction and closeout
• Liaise with owners, contractors, and consultants to resolve conflicts

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant construction or project management experience
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including clients and contractors
• Proficient in project management software; Primavera P6 preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Water/wastewater experience
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6
