Your core impact is processing sales, handling walk-ins and calls, and supporting outside sales reps to ensure a consistently positive customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver front-line customer service for walk-ins and calls
• Process sales orders, quotes, pricing requests, and payments
• Stock, clean, and maintain store merchandise and environment
• Learn and use BisTrack system for inventory and POS tasks

📋 Requirements

• Strong customer service skill set and problem-solving ability
• Effective communication skills with internal and external customers
• Ability to provide product knowledge and upsell to customers
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset adaptable to change
